Overview
Founded in 2009, AFMXA, is a not-for-profit that represents the interests of America’s Freestyle Motocross industry. It is designed to assist with organizing the sport in a way that will inspire it to grow. AFMXA is a collection of professional, recreational, and corporate members.
Core Values
To accomplish our mission, the AFMXA bases it decisions and actions on the following core values and beliefs:
- AFMXA is a grass roots organization that recognizes that the strength of its policies lie in the strong participation and commitment of its members.
- AFMXA recognizes the value of an involved membership and seeks to encourage that involvement with accurate and transparent communication.
- AFMXA seeks a high standard of safety controls put in place for motocross riders to partake in the sport.
- AFMXA recognizes and values the professionalism, skill, and experience of our staff, trained medical professionals, and their contributions to establishing and upholding high safety standards for all Freestyle Motocross events.
- Any action taken at the AFMXA will treat all parties involved with respect, compassion, generosity, and grace.
- AFMXA embodies positive values such as courage, individualism, and family, and seeks to harness these attributes in implementing events with measurable results.
